Wyvern glowy eye + lichborn rend MTX visual bug

Early on as a wyvern druid when you used rend while having a power charge and entering the "buffed state" you have lightning + blue glowy eye trail on your wyvern but since some time now i don't know why my wyvern only have a little bit of lightning on the body and no glowy eye or trail now when im "buffed" for no reason.

I bought recently the new lichborn effect for the wyvern and with lichborn rend when you use it with a power charge its even worse you dont have any effect other than the green lightning coming out of your wing when you swing.

BUT when i'm "buffed" and i swap back to human form i do have the effect (glowy eye + trail + lightning green because of lichborn) but only in human form not on the wyvern.

I watched a couples of videos and early game people have all the normal effect that you are supposed to have and when i watch "endgame" wyvern video they all don't have the glowy eye effect aswell, it dissapeared.

those effect are so good looking it's underwhelming that they don't work properly and specialy since i bought the lichborn effect and can't have the whole thing.

I didn't heard anyone talk about it which is weird since every video i watched happened the have the same bug.

So i just created a new druid to see at which point the bug appears.

I just got lvl 6 and unlocked the wyvern form and it's already bugged exactly the same as my main druid, the visual effect doesn't appear properly on wyvern and it's even worse with lichborn rend and except for human form the lightning effect doesn't carry over when you switch to werewolf aswell.

So it does seems that the bug does not trigger by something specificaly but i think it broke with a recent hotfix.

As you can see in the latter he doesn't have glowing blue eye nor lightning effect when using a power charged rend.
