Boss Atlas Tree Points Book Not Dropping

Currently stuck at 6/10 boss atlas points.
I Have done multiple level 82 maps (T16 waystone, +1 from corruption or cleansed corruption, and irradiated). I have already done the keeper of the flame quest. All 6/10 boss points are allocated. I have tried un-allocating then re-allocating. No effect. Currently a lvl92 druid who can't progress his Atlas Tree. Have done all of those, currently running nothing but 6 mod T15 maps, have killed arbiter. I'll try another citadel boss.

Got it to work, just went through all possibilities again, after fully unspecing, running a map, and respecing.
