Controller UI bug with Yriel's Fostering

When I equip Yriel's Fostering I can only turn on my second companion when using mouse + kb controls. If I am on controller it says I reached the companion limit with just a single companion enabled. Once it is set I can switch back to controller

Yriel's Fostering is unusable on Xbox cause of this.
