Oracle's Align Fate Visage Won't Cast Curses

Curses have no cooldown and are non-channeled non-buff spells, so should be in the set of spells the visage will cast according to the description, however, if your only available spell is, eg, vulnerability, the visage won't show up to cast it. Empowering them to do more damage on your next cast of them is even valuable (beyond the free cast) if they're supported with one of the lineage supports or base supports that adds damage to them - it should cast them (at least if they're the only option) or have a way (support gem?) to make it cast them.

It won't cast frost bomb either.

It keeps casting Thunderstorm, which does NOT give me power charges on crit, which it should, since it is basically ME casting the spell

It does not cast Consecrate or Reap either. Though it will cast Power Siphon / Mana Drain.

Consecrate is not tagged as a "Buff" so should still work. And it's not an issue with weapon skills completely not working.

That is because Frost Bomb has a cooldown.

Slot decaying hex in the curse and your visage will begin casting it.
