Supportive Ancestors is not working with spell totem properly

Skill: Spell Totem / Spark
Passiv Note: Suppoertive Ancestors

The “25% increased Damage while you have a Totem” seems to be working. I get a damage boost as soon as I summon a totem.
However, I think the Cast Speed per summoned Totem is not working, because I don’t get any additional bonus when I summon a second totem.

i have found the same issue. no additional cast or attack speed from summoning totems.
