Can we have clearly visual indicater for anything would bomb under my feet?

I don't mind being one shot or bombing, I like to dogge or fast move to play this game, quite fun.

BUT! When I killed the monsters and nothing seems danger, and I walked forward to collect dropped and I got killed, I noticed my blood turned into green maybe I'm poisoned but I don't know where the killing comes from.

Again I'm not playing zoom/one button style, I like to dogge/spint avoid getting killed, I like to move around burning/chilled ground, but I can't play this for visually unseen huge damage.
