problem with game and poe2 trading history on website

hey there, not sure about reasons, but for me poe2 trading website history doesnt work ... i can find items , but cant check history, got error message "Failed to retrieve merchant history. Please try again later."
it happened just after i got stucked on map loading screen, then steam said there is poe2 update , but it cant update because steam says disk is broken ... i cant even check steam files ... so i used chkdsk /f /r /x and so on, used samsung magician with full check - 100% ok no errors. smart - no errors.
any ideas whats wrong?
ps. today i experienced massive ping lags and game closings , surprisingly, because that didnt happened for me on league start... well, until today

updated- was trying to reinstall the game, already downloaded 98% of game in steam and now again "downloaded files missed" .... what's going on ?

updated2- downloaded and played another game, so it is not problem with my pc or steam

ok trading history is back online, but game still cant launch because of " downloaded files missed"
now i will try to delete all folders for poe2 , clear cache and so on.

updated - i did this and now it is ok :
deleted cache folders from steamapps dir, cleared cache from steam, removed game from steam again, and deleted poe2 dir in steamapps dir. then i reinstalled the game and it's ok now
i'm pretty sure that there were something wrong with poe2 (massive disconnects yesterday evening) , and that unavailable trading history yesterday had same reason for "downloaded files are missed" when i tried to update the game and reinstall it.
maybe i'm wrong, but it's that in my mind.
