+2 to Level of all Melee Skills

This design sucks ass and I will explain why.

The vision is that we have combos and I'm all up for it but the thing is it is hard to utilize combos between two weapons, levels for both spells and attack are extremly powerfull in poe2 compared to poe 1 where levels for melee were very optional.

I've tried now building melee + ranged character with weapon swap to have more skills and more fun while playing, we have 24 points in passive skills tree to use them on a different weapon sets. But who cares when passive skills tree is maybe like 20% character power and 80% comes from items which are telling me up front pick melee, projectile or spell and f**k off...
