I dont understand why wisps are portrayed as some waddling little kid that gets stuck on obstacles if youre not close enough so i had an idea where ud encounter a wisp, you run through it and its gonna create a hologram of a certain animal that starts sprinting towards the closest rare mob in area, which will merge with the monster resulting in a huge explosion empowering all monsters around, atlas tree nodes would have a chance to release the spirit where it would get upgraded/merged with another animal i guess, do the same thing as said before and inflicting monsters with additional modifier(or a chance to inflict additional modifier) to get more rarity/quantity. Similar to tormented spirits in poe 1. Wisps almost seem impossible to use unless you have like a tanky build where you can just hover over a mob and wait for it to get empowered by the wisp. This way we would get more dopamine and increasing the difficulty of the map since wisps would put damage reduction or increased action speed.

Wisps have been broken since they released. GGG apparently has no plan to make wisps not suck. Come on, you're telling me you don't love how the wisps get stuck on everything and are extremely slow and then if you get lucky and they actually attach to a rare monster and you kill rare monster your chances of dropping a crap talisman are still like only 2 percent?
Just like they have no plans to add life to the tree while there's a million max ES nodes. I can't wait for more conditional crap nodes in future updates like "gain .1 percent attack speed and do 10% less attack dmg" Great league GGG. Excellent league mechanic btw. Everyone loves the lack of crafting and terrible bugs and glitches. Great league truly |
