Unique Box Monster Bug

Hello! Just thought I would send in a bug report that I came across.

I came across a legendary (or Unique?) strongbox that had the "monster will revive 6 times" modifier. I used Devour to kill it the first time and I think it destroyed the corpse and can't revive now. There is also has a weird visual affect above the box (where the body died).
