• A bug related to the area update and a barrel explosion on the “End of Wanderings” 4 act

Hi, I encountered a bug on the Hardcore server.

I entered the Vaal Temple, cleared it, and then exited back to the area (the area had already been reset). However, the barrel explosion countdown did not reset. While I was running through the location, the explosion happened without any countdown — boom, instant death.

Please check the logs/reports and restore my Hardcore character.

I’d like to clarify that the area was definitely reset.
I understand the mechanics in detail — this is a clear BUG.

While I was inside the Vaal Temple, the minimap was refreshed (fog of war reset), and the monsters had respawned. I was running toward the area where the barrel and the explosion should have already occurred, but instead the explosion triggered instantly without any warning or countdown.

Dear GGG, I kindly ask you to look into this issue and please restore my Hardcore character

This is the PoE 1 bug report forum.

And GGG wont restore a HC character for any reason ever so that char is just gone even if it was an actual bug.
