So here is my feedback after start playing Path of Exiles 2 and getting over 2000 hours and after that playing the keepers league in Path of Exiles 1 for over 300 hours.
1. Nerf/Buff: So here is the thing about balance in my opinion, when i played the 0.1 league everyone was doing attribute stack with mercenary, the ice wall with blood mage (kind of bug) or stormweaver spark/archmage, in 0.2 everyone was playing with deadeye frenzy serpent stack or blood mage rake bleed, in 0.3 everyone was playing deadeye lightning arrow or blood mage with physical damage comet (atalui/tecrod) and now in 0.4 everyone is playing druid (new class of course) and pathfinder with poison. So after all this here is the thing, every league until now there was "aways" 2 (possible 3) predominate classes that everyone was using, and here is the problem i had with the balance in every league, you guys would nerf 90% of what made some classes/builds "good/op" and that would make the classe/build really bad to the point of everyone be like "why play with this build if there is this new build that can one shot everything". So instead of nerfing the s%it out of every "op" build players make just tone down a bit like 20%-30% instead of 90%, this is because some players (im one of them) dont like to go blind and waste time having to caught up with what is the new "meta build" of the league or new good/cheap build. Now here is some examples (in my opinion) of classes/builds that got 90% nerfed and became useless or something else: blood mage with bleed was the only bleed build viable and easy to play in the game, attribute stacking was a unique build that was easy to make and now all items related with this build are cheap and almost no one uses, stormweaver was nerfed to the abyss after getting spark, archmage and mana stack nerfed so the class was useless for 2 leagues, and after the infusion update it became a mmorpg where you have to cast 6-7 spells to work (and for me with a +-pc it was impossible to cast that many spell and combo then), but now in 0.4 it has got some buffs and it is easier to get infusions and make it work. Extra: Since league 0.1 there was a classes/asc i was looking at and thinking "i can do something with this" that was the monk chayula and here is the thing this asc is the least played in the game, everyone forgot about this asc at this point, but here is the kick in the balls i got, when i was reading the patch notes of 0.3 i was like "ok there is some things i can use to make chayula viable" and then after start playing the league and discovering all the new items, unique support gems and unique items i was like "hell yeah i can make chayula kind of viable" but then after start the leveling and getting the asc at act2 i was dumb found and in my mind there was only one thought "wtf happen to the good asc tree ?" so here is my question: why did you guys nerfed i classe NO ONE was using ? 2. Currency in Acts: so here is something that i think it should be look at, during acts, we have to constant upgrade or gear and if the character that someone is playing is super gear dependent they wont have the means to upgrade and continue the acts at a certain pace because of the lack of currency or gold, so here is my opinion there should be more currency drops on the acts so that players dont have to be like "what if i upgrade my gear now and after 3-4 stages of the act i have to upgrade again and i dont have the resources to do it", because of this most new/casual players have a hard time catching up with all the experience players and get left in the dust sometime and this together with the nerfs in classes make casual player have a hard time because not only they have to wait someone drop a video about some good build but if they dont manage the campaing resources until the endgame they wont have currency to buy a +- gear to start farming the endgame content. 3. Making a Build?: One of the things i like to do is play around PoB and make tests of builds but after playing poe1 there was something i notice that in poe2 is kind of "meh" and i would like to know if this will me rework/buffed, that is EHP, one example of this is in poe1 my +-cheap build of righteous fire has +150k EHP and in poe2 the best build with EHP have +90k and has no damage, with this said i think there should be a way to make our character more "tank" and not sacrifice 80-90% of the damage for defence, im saying this because sometimes (in all league until now) i get oneshot by something that i didnt even see on the screen.
