Sent e-mail to support@grindinggear.com and no replay since 5 months

Hello,

I contacted Path of Exile support to unlink my Steam account because of password problems.
Support said I am not contacting from the registered email, but I am using the same email I created the account with.

I also have first payment receipts and account creation emails to prove ownership.

I sent many follow-up messages, but no reply from support for months.

If my old PoE account cannot be recovered, please at least unlink my Steam account so I can create a new PoE account and continue playing.

Any help from staff or moderators is appreciated.
