Hi GGG team, your servers just crashed 1 min after i dropped a Garukhan's Resolve. Could you please look at the logs from my account to fix it.. It wasn't a bug. It was a patch from your servers that made everybody crash and log back, it's worth 18 Divines please i would like it back, thank you.

Nothing will be restored/returned for any reason as per GGG policy.

What a good way to take care of their community lol, it's us players that makes the game live and when they cause a problem, they don't solve the backlash of it... Pretty bad

The amount of people that will abuse the system and try to claim they dropped or crafted whatever item that got rolled back will be high enough that it will require an employee or 2 to handle all the tickets and check logs to verify the item did drop or was rolled as the ticket was stated. And then will go further with, "well you returned this player's item, what about my hacked account?" And go further from there adding more and more work instead of dev time.

Sorry you lost your item. But it's far easier from their perspective to blanket reject all refund requests and has been that way for as long as I can remember.

A banned account and a lost item because of a patch made by themselve that made everybody log out is not the same thing. If they didn't want people to lose their things they had to make a maintenance and open the game after it was completed. Not giving back something that cost 18 DIVS is ridiculous. I get it for 2-3 or some ex but 18 divs... For sure it's simple for them, but that doesn't make any sense, when you have a big community you hire more people to take care of them that's it.
