POE II Textures not loading on series x

Ground Textures don't load unless I quit the game and restart. This only fixes it temporarily. doesn't seem to make a difference what graphics settings are chosen.

Happening to me as well, especially acts 3/4.

In act 3 and 4 its really bad. Just traveling to another area or opening you inventory makes all textures smooth. Some skills lose their effects and are just shown as big untextured pixels. Saving and quitting will fix it but the second you travel or open a menu you’ll have to do it again.

Started act 3 and it’s getting pretty bad.

Waited awhile to see if it was a quick fix. Nope. Seems to have gotten worse since it's affecting my stash and menus as well.
