Djinn commands with weapon swap

You are allowed to have djinn commands be set in certain weapon swaps but they get a cooldown whenever you are weapon swapping basically making it hard/not worth to use them with weapon swapping.

This seems like a bug to me, because you can manually weapon switch and completely avoid this cooldown.
I can not use auto-weapon switch for navira's fracturing :( |
