Strongbox activation prevents from attacking/casting

I encountered this bug throughout the campaign and it happened today again in maps.
Clicking on a strongbox to activate it completely prevents from attacking or casting. I am playing with an Attuned Wand, and maybe Mana Drain skill has to do something with it.
Seems to be happening 1 out of 10 times or so. Restarting from a checkpoint helped during the campaign, but in maps it has been a major inconvenience.

Same problem been happening all league. Have to close game.
