Odd occurance in chat notification

I was playing in the "Season Two, Event 46: 1 Month Party " this evening about 10:00 PM when I notices an odd notification : "StygianSaint is the first to enter The Weaver's Chamber in Normal!" Now every other notice is way past Normal (I think its Merciless). I have an image of the chat window but I could figure out where to upload it.
