Why remove homogenous exalt and regal?

Now that this is removed, market is controlled completely by people who have access to the large amount of currencies.
Atleast make this viable for lower tier mods to be deterministic, not everyone wants t1 or t2 … atleast t3 or t4 to be accessible to all players. Yes ground items value more now but the randomness has increased and good item drop is skewed over people who can run higher tier maps in groups with high rarity.
