Gembloom Skull Quest Reward Not Dropping (PoE 2)

Hello,

I’m currently in Act 3, and I just realized that I forgot to do the quest for the Gembloom Skull (+30 Spirit). I went back to complete the quest, but the item will not drop.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

1: Reset the map (5 times).

2: Restarted the game 2–3 times.

3: Leveled another character to see if it would drop — it did drop for the new character.

4: Completed the quest with a friend on his character — it dropped for him, but not for me.

Is there something I’m missing, or is this just a bug?

I’m almost finished Act 4, and I still try from time to time, but nothing has dropped so far.

Can someone help me?

Hi, my friend is having the exact same issue, stuck with 30/30 spirit after fully completed act 1,2 & 3 instead of 60/60 spirit. We tried to redo spirit map/quest from act 1 & 3 but did not work. Did you find a solution since ur problem occured?
