Unable to convert old premium stash tab to merchant tab

I see that my old premium stash tab is unable to be converted to a merchant tab for some reason. How can we get that fixed?

When did you make the purchase? https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/microtransactions Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
