[Suggestion] Unique Familial Talisman - "Myth of the Crowman" (Bird Fantasy)

I would like to propose an idea to GGG to add a new unique talisman in the next patch 0.4.X that transforms your character into a Crowman. This unique talisman grants a new skill to summon crows. This would provide avian minions that fullfills that bird fantasy thats currently lacking.

New Unique Familial Talisman - "Myth of the Crowman"
* Grants Skill: Level 5 Murder of Crows
* Minions Deal 30-50% Increased Damage
* +10-15% Increased Movement Speed
* +8-15 to Intelligence

New Skill - Murder of Crows
A flock of crows fly overhead. Crows are untargetable minions that fly down to dive-bomb nearby enemies, dealing X physical damage. Enemies hit are dazed. Summon a new Crow once every X seconds. Limit X active Crows.
