Game crashes on loading: error code 1610612751

Game crashes when loading. This happened after I upgrade the entangling vines spell from lvl1 to lvl 2. I rebooted the PC and verified the file integrity via Steam and the game will only load if you create a new character, but crashes with this error when you move to a new zone.


Error Details:
"Attempted to resume current action with invalid skill: 1610612751 object: Meatdata/characters/Strint/StrintFourb"

Game loaded when I moved from the Washington (US) to the Texas (US) server
