Can't open portal while mounted on rhoa

Portals cant be opened while mounted on the rhoa. You need to deactivate the skill gem or dodge roll off of the rhoa before being able to cast the portal.

And I have to say, you guys can't keep up with this schedule of 3 PoE1 leagues and 3 PoE2 leagues per year. The quality of the games and patches has noticeably dropped recently.
