Getting STUCK IN EVERYTHING

On Xbox - even after the latest hotfix yesterday I get friggin stuck all the time in things when shapeshifted - I am sure its all forms but Bear/Wyvern I'll be running around, stuck in a door can't move, stuck on a lock box - can't move, in the temple, stuck on flags it is getting really annoying as I have to restart from check point at least once in every area...
