Zero rewards in the new league mechanic since last patch

I thought maybe it may have been lowered at first, but... I've done close to 10 now without any sort of reward altar in rooms with the exception of smithy forges. Theres no guarantee this is a bug, but this very much feels like a bug after how they played the first couple of days.
