Spirit bug - divided by 2

I am writing to report a spirit bug which made my spirit divided by 2.
My character has been completed the full ACT1-4 including Interlude and didn’t miss any mission to increased my spirit. It should be 100 spirit in total, but it is only 50 and I can’t even switch on my Herald of ice. I did put the Talisman and omen sceptre into weapon slot together. It did with both 1 and 2. Maybe this caused the bug.
