Fragment/Delirium Affinity

Fragment affinity overrides delirium affinity, so delirium fragments go into "tablet" tab instead of delirium tab.

+1 same bug from before got worse

+1 Fragment Affinity is also overriding Ritual and Breach, so Petition Splinters and Breach Splinters go to the Fragment affinity tabs instead.
