I complained, and I was wrong. GGG can cook and do play the game (minus trials,,,still hate those)

I left one of those "this game sucks and GGG doesn't play their own game" a couple of days ago and I was straight up wrong. I was tired, got stuck, vented, but on the off chance devs read this anymore, I will admit I was wrong.

Yes, this patch is smaller than 0.3, but it's still fun. I haven't played the druid class itself, but I tried the new weapon and it's great. I am living the dream of a bear just stomping s** and watching it burn with my Kitava, rage, fire build. GGG knows what they're doing, they know how to make a good game, and are giving us a lot more than many other studios right now.

Also, GGG very clearly listens and gave us some things we've been asking for...

- delirium fog was cleaned up
- at least for the strength side, they have an option to solve the curse problem with a node that removes curses after channeling. Please don't remove that. It's not nice to have any option.
- the warrior is crazy strong now. It will almost certainly be nerfed as I know many people are blasting through endgame.
- we did in fact get a new ascendancy on top of the druid class, which was very welcome

I think that at this point, if you don't like ANYTHING about what GGG is cooking, it's just not for you. Yes, there are bugs and rough edges, but they will be fixed.

One quick things about the balance. Yes, it might be a bit strong, but don't bring it down too much. This is exactly why we have different leagues. If it's too easy for you, then either don't trade or play SSF. If you want long boss fights and the true grind experience, the option is there for you. Personally, I have school, so I have to trade up. I simply don't have the time, and that's ok. That is why we have different leagues.

All that said, the trials still suck. I have yet to even fight the last trial to get my points, and I certainly won't start now.

My whole build is literally built around me being up close and letting enemies hit me, so there is no f'n way I'm playing through those trials. At this point, that is the only thing that would flat out stop me from playing. IF GGG clamps down and makes it so people can't pay someone to get their ascendancies for them, I'm out. At least until TOTA.

Overall though, I just wanted to leave something positive.

GGG knows what they're doing people and they do WAY more than many other studios out there, so share a little love everyone now and then.
