The vision.

I just don't get the idea that "oneshot or be oneshotted" is the fun experience (it seem to be the only vision in poe).

If you want us to have slower and more strategic gameplay its very easy. Just lower our damage, upgrade survivability and increase the reward of every encounter. It IS THAT simple.

But instead you insanely overpolice the defence and don't care that offence in way off and incomparable in possible lvls of strength with same investments. The only reliable defensive layer is insane dps and range so that mobs wont even see what killed them lol.

I think I'm just frustrated with the direction of poe2 is heading towards. At the beginning it was advertised as not so convoluted and more slow and meaningful game. Now we are beginning to have systems upon systems that are not explained at all, builds that flying the maps and oneshotting everything that are not touched for 4 leagues straight (hi ranger) and impossibility to build proper tank melee build because for some reason red life is no-no and blue life is yes-yes(and still get one-tapped in some cases in maps), builder-spender, forced skill interactions and so on.
So it seems like by the release it will require of you to have the degree in POEology to play the game. The same thing that caused me to never look on poe1.

Don't want this to be a hate thread. I'm just confused with decisions and don't understand them at all. Want game to improve and be better as it has a lot of potential. Like the game has identity crisis. Still having fun playing the game, especially the campaign but man, the systems.. the systems of this game..
