0.4 Some bosses are really messed up.

Some Boss wonder why there are so many broken Act 3 monkeys that are too fast and spamming their rock skills, and Act 4 birds that constantly spam ground skills, leaving no room to move in the area; death is inevitable after a certain point. If you want to add meaning to the combat (given their size, make the monsters move a bit more sluggishly). The bear, despite being 2.5 meters tall, rolls to the same spot as a human; they need to be as sluggish as a bear. Character skills have cooldowns, but bosses don't??
