architect untargetable/unkillable

I cannot damage the boss in the architect's chamber. There is no health bar on it. Am I missing something? Has anyone had this before?

i had this with 1 random enemy in a room and couldnt complete it.
enemy just followed me around pressing its face against me without attacking and couldnt be attacked. Please GGG, I need my sparkly crown MTX in PoE2.
