POE 2 Visual bug with Flame Breath

I can consistently cause a visual bug with flame breath by channeling the power charge version of it for the entire 10 second cool down. Upon releasing the icon will go back on cooldown and if I attempt to use it again I get the voice line "I'm not ready yet", but the wyvern will take to the skies and awkwardly hover without breathing fire but the skill will still take effect and kill mobs below it. Not really a huge issue but it does happen consistently, and is visually confusing.
