Act 3 Venom Crypts - Abyss not spawning after 30+ runs

Hey all,

I've run about venom crypts 30 times to complete the abyss symbol for rewards in each zone.

It literally does not spawn. Is this a bug?

10 runs - no abyss spawn in the venom crypts.

the icon in underground maps of act 3 is highlighted active.

Is your character within 10 levels of the zone level?

With some exceptions, many mechanics stop spawning once your character is 11 levels above the area level (level 46 or above, in this case, as Venom Crypts is of area level 35). The abyss in this zone is otherwise guaranteed and repeatable and was spawning properly for me a week ago in Fate of the Vaal.
