+2 melee skills suffix not registering

PS5, ssf, Druid/shaman

Chimeric Creed Rabid Talisman has +2 to all melee skills but those two levels are not being reflected in the skills page. Currently have lvl 10 skills and they are not showing as being lvl 12 as they should be given the item. I have a screenshot if that would be helpful.
