Quant on map not working.

I am trying to do the acheivement on 175% quantity but the atlas boost dont seems to work on the 3 memory maps. Only the 8% from map device is added. I must have gone through 5-6 Div trying to get to 175% and even on a 130% map, I got up to 138%.

Tried rerolling some more and still not able to go to 175% only on that end memory map for the achievement.
