Game locks up freezes for minutes almost every hour

This is constantly happening to me about once an hour. Game freezes and goes unresponsive for literally minutes and then reloads. Usually takes 2-5 minutes until I can resume playing the game.

Anyone have any idea what causes this? Only happens in POE2
