Game Crashing when trying to load in to Arastas

Hello, My Poe2 Acct is stuck. I finished all the 4th act islands except the Arastas Island. When I first traveled to it, The game crashed and now I can't play with that character. Even when I use the small "Log in to town or Hideout" button or CTRL+Enter. I have tried all the fixes I could find online. Nothing works.
