Console expedition logbook not working

I've been posting since day two of league, fix the logbook issue please. I can't do expedition, I'm losing out on a lot of profit farming and exp from this and can't upgrade my atlas tree. This is ridiculous, there's parts on here and reddit about it.

This is far from the only instance of this. The torture chamber in Goenor's Manor has lost its book, and at least one other lovely lore artifact, previously readable, has disappeared altogether.
