Game won't update to 4.0b on Xbox

I can start the game app, it will tell me in-game that I need to update it. When I close out the game and check for updates on the Xbox home screen, none appear. There isn't really any other way to update games on Xbox so if it doesn't detect one available I can't download it. I'm curious to know if anyone else is having this problem on Xbox or if yours updated automatically like normal.

Fixed, it just took ~30 min after servers came back online to detect the update. Could just be Microsoft's fault tbh.
