Vaal Temple feedback from act 1 - 4

Just some short feedback from doing act 1 - 4 Vaal Temples:
1. The Vaal Temple bosses have way too much HP compared to their counterparts in the campaign. They don't hit that hard, but it takes ages to grind them down, which is kinda weird and tedious. 2. The fight with the architect is pretty bad. Why did you have to add another boss that spams all sorts of weird projectiles all over the room? I'm so fed up with those spammy bosses... 3. The idea with the exalt/regal/alch crafting benches is probably nice in theory, but it doesn't make much sense. I really can't be arsed to carry items for crafting with me. Just drop the orbs and be done with it. 4. Moving back and forth is badly done. Why can't we portal out and then back in to where we left but instead have to walk through the door and to the checkpoint to get back to the approximate area? Who came up with that idea? 5. Do I really have to say anything about the fact that you only have one single try for the architect before being thrown out of the temple? I hope not... Last bumped on Dec 15, 2025, 7:23:12 PM

#2 agree maybe some skills need to be slowed down a tiny bit or telegraphed a bit better but I'm sure i just need to learn the fight but also hand speed can be an issue when older.
3. 100% just drop them instantly it's a pain I think most players just dont even bother if they have to bring stuff or they bring stuff and dont loot any floor drops. 4. they should have two prompts when you portal inside this and abyss (1. do you want to go to town/hideout 2. do you want to return to your map. 5. two tries should be fair 1 try for last boss 6. they need to let us save up runs this needs to be in ASAP because i could see farming up runs and spending a fun day just doing the mechanic. Having too much spacing between the mechanic means my muscle memory is gone from the boss fights. |
