Ball Lighting + Lighting Warp is bugged

Currently the interaction with the debuff of lighting warp makes it extremely inconsistent to target ball lighting if it is close to an enemy or if one is between your character and a lighting ball.

It's really annoying, if they wanted to weaken it, then they succeeded. It would be better to delete the skill then. |
