I just bought 200 points and donated to my guild to use, but its not showing up and i cant make a purchase!

" Hi there! Points donated by Guild members are not automatically accepted by the Guild, the Guild leader will need to accept or reject the point donation on our website here. If your Guild leader is unable to process the point donation from this link, please get them to send an email to support@grindinggear.com with a screenshot displaying how this page appears for them.
