Bamboozled by GGG. Thousands of dollars gone.

So ever since last league… Everything I purchased gets charged and then doesn’t show up. I spoke to support already for the last 2-3 days. They told me that my region changed and that I need to contact Sony about a refund and my account. FYI it is impossible to change regions once an account has been made. Sony confirmed my region was never changed and it is still tied to my address. So I thought let me just restore my licenses. NOW THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF COSMETICS IS ALL GONE. Everything is gone except for what was equipped on my character.
I need to speak with somebody about this. What is going on with this GGG? This is on yals end needs to be fixed. I really don’t want to take this to litigation. PlayStation refunded my purchase for the recent events. I don’t want the refund. I jus want my stuff!!! Last bumped on Dec 15, 2025, 8:19:46 PM

The issue is yal are saying that it is on Sonys end and Sony just confirmed what yal are telling me is a freaking lie. How do I speak with somebody? The emails aren’t cutting it at this point.

So basically yal are telling me I can never purchase anything on Poe 2 again…. After 3k hours and tons of cash spent. I figured yal would work with me a little bit. Or maybe explain more after I confirmed with Sony that what yal said isn’t accurate.
