Act 3, a total mess. w/vids (SX)

Edit (this was recorded on series X) Act 3 is a buggy mess from extremely low res graphics to crashes to massive lag / rubber banding even though ISP shows connection is fine on my end.

In the bellow video this was happening in multiple zones the person on PC was not having a problem but this just kept happening randomly resetting the Xbox did not fix it. According to speed test I was at 300+mbps, 55 latency, zero packet loss.

In the next video I had just logged on this is with a different character and you can see the low texture resolutions and then red screen and this low texture resolution issue and red screen is happening all the time especially in act 3 though once in a while and act one and two the red screen showed up. One thing a particular about the red screen is the menu systems work just fine you can hit start go to character select and then relog right back in it's not a system lock it's just a screen effect lock you can walk around you can summon your portal you can hear all that but the screen locks to that image that shown.

I want to point out that even though it's in the same location they are in two different characters and it's just coincidence that it happened to me the same location when the red screen popped. I've had the low Textures in the red screen have been at pretty much any Zone in act 3.
