POE2 Colossal Capacity

I am currently unable to open the extra storage for Titan Colossal Capacity. I also can not get the item that are in those inventory slots because i cant get it to open/. I do have a unique chest piece in there that i am trying to get out so that i can respec out of this passive. any help would be greatly appreciated.
