I’m lacking 2 permanent passive points

I have completed all the quests related with the permanent passive points but I’m still short 2 passive points. I’m playing on PS5 andall the quests on the quest map shows I have completed all the quests. I even played a few quests the people often forget please help

PoE1 had a /passives chat command to help solve exactly this issue. Hopefully they add one to PoE2.

In the meantime, maybe path of building has some kind of a screen that shows you what passives you have gotten so far and what you're missing? You could try importing your character into PoB and see if you can use that to triangulate where you are missing them from and then go back and repeat that.

Act 4 delerium introduction gives points now. Make sure you do that, I don’t think it shows up on the map icon
