Twitch integration issue

Hi, when I try and check on my Twitch drops and double-check to make sure I'm connected, I get the following
 But I see no way to relink my account when I click to connect from the Twitch page; it takes me back to https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/twitch and gives me the error message again. Now, for some reason, I have two POE accounts, which I would love if you guys added a merge account feature. I suppose one was from PoE1 and the other was made when I got PoE2, but those names are Stewartwi#7708 and West1778#2970 if that helps at all. Any help is greatly welcome.
