Unable to receive Unlock Code.

Hello GGG's support team,
Im facing a problem that at the moment, im unable to get neither the verification code for changing the email address of the account nor the unlock code for getting into the game.
I can provide all the stuff related to the GGG account "casaucon2602#4545" to prove that im the actual owner of the account/email, e.g : bill of purchasing, PoE2 Order number, Twitch/Steam Linked account.,..., anything but the email because I think it was a burner email so it might couldn't receive any new messages.
Is there anything that I could do in this situation because I just want my account back.

Yes, recently I have sent an email to the supporter email in the Contact section and had a conversation with Will which led me to this forum post.
I'm totally understand about the delay for you guys to solving all the support request, I made this post because I just want to let you guys know the problem that im having right now and hoping my case will be solve soon.
