Stuck in Qimah, Entrance to Qimah Reservoir isn't opening

I got to where the guy opens the entrance to Qimah Reservoir but I went back to go grab the pillar bonus and when I returned there was no opening into Qimah Reservoir.

A New instance doesn't solve the issue.

If you are not SSF, you could ask somebody to join and use teleport then. I stuck the same issue in SSF and can't use this way
